The Mercury Bay Business Association is on the lookout for a part-time Secretary/Co-Ordinator/PR and Social Media Guru

Responsibilities include:

  • Attend and minute monthly board meeting. +/- 2 hours last Thursday of the month (date can vary)
  • Assist with setup and welcome of members at BA5’s
  • Schedule Facebook posts
  • Monitor and reply to emails
  • Monitor and reply to Facebook messages
  • Co-ordinate the night market and annual golf day
  • Source and load events on website and Facebook if applicable
  • Assist businesses with business listings on website

Currently approx. 10 hours per week, although some weeks there may be none and other weeks a little more.
