Listing Terms & Conditions

1. All listings must be for businesses or organisations that operate legally within the Whitianga and Mercury Bay region and will be subject to verification and approval by the Whitianga i-SITE Visitor Centre. Listings that do not meet the requirements of the Centre will be removed without cause and without notice.
2. All rates and prices displayed in a listing must be the operators standard rack rate and must be shown using the New Zealand dollar as currency.
3. All listings may provide for a secure server booking facility. Bookings made using our secure server will be transmitted directly to the Whitianga i-SITE Visitor Centre and charged to the customer using the operators standard rack rate.
4. All listings that offer a secure server booking facility will be subject to the Whitianga i-SITE Visitor Centre's standard commission charges.
5. All bookings received by the Whitianga i-SITE Visitor Centre will be subject to availability.
6. No refunds will be issued on any removed listings.
