Images are available to the following user groups:

• Media (Magazines, newspapers, etc)
• Inbound Tour Operators/Wholesalers
• Other Tourism Promotion Organisations (Tourism New Zealand, District Tourism Organisations, etc)
• Members of Destination Mercury Bay- where their use meet the criteria for marketing and promotional activity for the Coromandel region.
• Major visitor related events and conferences.

Rights to images are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Please remember:

• You have read and signed the Image Lending Agreement form before you use the images. If you have not read and signed this document please contact the Whitianga Visitor Centre
• For each image used, approved captions and credits to its origin is mandatory.
• Users will also be required to supply samples of published images to the Whitianga Visitor Centre so that correct usage can be monitored to gauge the effectiveness of its image distribution systems.
• Incorrect labelling and/or failure to acknowledge that an image is supplied by the Whitianga Visitor Centre will be viewed as a breach of these terms and conditions of use.
